Since the onset of the outbreak, we have activated our business contingency plan. We understand that you may have concerns as you interact with our team. As such, we will like to share that we have been following the MOH and MOM advisories closely as we view it as our responsibility to ensure that customers we connect with as well as our staff, stay safe. Among all arrangements put in place, temperature screening is performed twice daily and wearing a mask is mandatory for all clinic visits. We continue to stay vigilant and curb non-essential visits to clinics.

The company switched to working from home well before the circuit breakers. As a digital technology company, we are able to stay agile and resilient to still operate effectively and to continue to reach out to you seamlessly.
